Kindly examine your order upon delivery and get in touch with me promptly if the item is flawed, damaged, or if there is a mix-up with your order. I'll carefully assess the matter and rectify it promptly.
EXCHANGES
Due to the unique customization of each product, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept exchanges.
REFUNDS
If, after receiving the final product, a customer expresses dissatisfaction, they will receive a store credit via email. Please note that we do not issue refunds.
